Swami Vivekanand Subharti University has introduced an innovative unique program for the students of Undergraduate program with effect from the academic session 2025-26.This value added course, with two credit points, has been made a qualifying subject for the  students.

Based on the ideology of the University; Siksha, Seva, Sanskar and Rashtriyta, the program of Rashtra Bodh envisages national character building through individual character development, integrity, honesty, nationalism and other essential human value systems.

Emphasis is laid upon some of the untold aspects of Indian Freedom Struggle and the role of unsung heroes in the struggle. The program aims at imparting detailed knowledge to the students about our great heritage, culture, traditions and the glorious contribution of new  knowledge systems that our country gave to the world in the fields of Medicine, Mathematics, Astronomy, Astrophysics, Physics, Sports, etc. 

A dedicated team of senior faculty members and volunteers conducts regular classes for the First Year students in the University and their performance is evaluated during Year End Examination. 

In addition, the team of volunteers under the banner of Abhinav Bharat Trust, Meerut and Subharti University conducts Charitra Nirman Karyashala in the urban and rural schools all across the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, in which a large number of students spanning from Class IX to XII and the teachers participate interactively. The subject matter of Rashtra Bodh subject is taken from Rashtra Anubhuti and Uttarakhand Ke Krantikari books authored by Dr Atul Krshna, the Founder Chairman of Subharti Group of Institutions.
